Analyses were conducted on the 399 individuals who had each (1) smoked cigarettes (on at least some days) in their lifetime, (2) had data available on cigarette use and (3) consented to the collection of DNA. Only individuals with complete data available were included in the analyses. For the analytic sample (n=399), descriptive statistics on key variables, as well as a comparison to the full sample is provided in Table 1.
