manner for hybridization on GeneChip® Human Genome U 133 Plus 2.0 arrays. Probe IDs were mapped to Entrez IDs with the mapIds-function in the hgu133plus2.db R-package v3.2.3. We removed 10,324 out of 54,675 probes with missing Entrez IDs. The remaining 44,351 probes were mapped to 20,988 genes with unique Entrez IDs using the collapseRows-function similarly as was done for the AHBA.
