Text

A series of bivariate models tested the significance of genetic and environmental covariances between smoking and cortical thickness as well as surface area using globally-adjusted measures of surface area as well as cortical thickness. These models estimated the degree to which region-specific genetic and environmental influences were also shared with cigarette pack-years.
