Quantitative data are presented as means ± SEM. All experiments were independently repeated at least three times. Statistical analyses were conducted using Prism 6 software (GraphPad Software, Inc.). Statistical comparisons between groups were analyzed for significance by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Tukey’s post-hoc test and Student’s t-test.
