The PCA analysis was applied to ABCD-T1, ABCD-T2 and IMAGEN-T1 separately to determine if the PC1 pattern was observed in peri-pubescent participants. For the ABCD-T1, ABCD-T2 and IMAGEN-T1 data, mode-centered perceived pubertal stages (PDS), calculated separately for males and females, were included as fixed effects for the PCA analysis. The relations among the resulting standard loadings of PC1 were examined using Pearson’s correlation.
