Additional genotype submissions came from the Affymetrix GeneChip Human Mapping 500K array called with the BRLMM algorithm. In release 21a additional genotype submissions were incorporated from the MHC haplotype consortium11, the Illumina HumanHap300 BeadChip, the Illumina Human-1 Genotyping BeadChip and the 10K non-synonymous SNP set from Affymetrix (ParAllele).
