We imported this list of eight genes (ARHGAP27, ARL17A, CRHR1, DND1P1, LRRC37A2, LRRC37A4P, PLEKHM1, and RBM6) into the Drug Gene Interaction Database v3.0 (dgidb.genome.wustl.edu)43 to identify interactions with available drug treatments that might indicate potential novel drug strategies for PTSD. Drug repositioning analysis was also carried out in the Connectivity Map (CMap) database (https://www.broadinstitute.org/connectivity-map-cmap) and PHAROS (https://pharos.nih.gov) for the same set of eight genes44.
