SNPs were assessed for linkage disequilibrium (LD) and conformity to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) with Haploview (Barrett et al. 2005). Since both the CADD and GADD are family-based samples, one individual per family was randomly selected for the HWE analysis.
