We have added a number of new probesets to our collection of gene chip mappings. These datasets show different commercially available probesets mapped together on the genome assembly. These are useful to researchers designing experiments, as the coverage and locations of probes from the many sources are collected in one convenient location in the graphical display. In the hg18 human browser, the probesets are configured together in a composite track. The mappings are easily downloaded in whole or in part via the Table Browser.
