The alcohol-treated NSC neurospheres, on the fourth day, displayed decreased migration, i.e. migrated cells traveled in smaller scales (Figure 1B, outside the core ) and fewer NSCs left the neurosphere (Figure 1C). The MAP2-im / OCT4-im cell ratio was reduced in comparison with that of Controls in the DIC4.
