Preparation of iPSC from human primary lymphocytes using Sendai viral vectors (CytoTune™, Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY) has been described27,28. All source biomaterials were de-identified repository specimens and therefore are exempt from human subjects regulations. Feeder-free mTeSR™1 medium (Stem Cell Technologies) was used.
