The T2 protocol uses a fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) contrast with the 3D SPACE optimized readout66. This shows strong contrast for white matter hyperintensities. An automated pipeline for delineating these hyperintensities is currently being developed and future data releases will include IDPs reflecting the lesion “load”.
