Prompted by the results of the mvPRS analysis, we performed the same analysis for PRSs from other psychiatric disorders, which yielded significant results only for BP-PRS (HRR10=1.10, SE=0.04, P=0.021, Supplementary Figure S17-1 and Table S17A). The HRR for developing single-episode and recurrent depression in the general population can be found in Supplementary Figure S18.
