Minor allele frequencies for the KCNJ6 SNPs in the sample are provided in table 2. Allelic distribution for all four SNPs as a function of age was calculated using kernel density methods, and no genotype deviated from its mean frequency of occurrence by more than 4% at any age, and that deviations greater than 2.5% occurred at less than 4% of the ages.
