COGA has also studied the effects of coding 37 , 38 and noncoding AUD‐associated SNPs on neuronal function. 39 Studies in progress utilize combined data from GWAS summary statistics and phenotyping to generate polygenic risk scores (PGS) for participant selection in iPSC‐based functional studies of AUD (unpublished data).
