The inter-rater accordance was assessed based on all coded answers (N = 552 for past 12 months questions and N = 1,107 for lifetime), irrespective of the respondent’s treatment status and AUDs diagnosis (i.e. sub threshold cases with only one criterion included). Multiple answers per patient were possible.
