Using the MetaGAP calculator, we assessed the theoretical power of a meta-analysis of GWAS results from genetically heterogeneous studies and the theoretical R2 of the resulting PGS in a hold-out sample, for various numbers of studies and sample sizes, and different values of CGR and hSNP2.
