Rs1229984 was included in a set of 384 SNPs genotyped using the Illumina GoldenGate custom designed platform at the Microarray Core of the Genome Sequencing Center at Washington University. We used the default algorithm in BeadStudio (Illumina; San Diego, California) to cluster genotypes.
