RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, SNP genotypes, and sample metadata is available from the CommonMind Consortium Knowledge Portal using the Synapse platform at http://CommonMind.org. This includes a complete table of files described in this manuscript is available on Synapse. Data is either open, where the only requirement is to acknowledge data contributors in publications, or controlled. Controlled data access application must be placed through the NIMH Repository and Genomics Resources (https://www.nimhgenetics.org/resources/commonmind). The CommonMind Consortium resource includes processed data as well as raw FASTQ and BAM files.
