Note: We recently generated TetO-hNGN2-P2A-PuroR and TetO-hNGN2-P2A-eGFP-T2A-PuroR lentiviral vectors that also efficiently induce neurons from NPCs. This vector can be substituted for TetO-mNgn2-P2A-PuroR as preferred by the investigator (Fig. 1F).
