No associations between the schizophrenia PRS and cannabis-related experiences were significant in the smaller CATS replication sample (N = 1446). However, none of the estimates were significantly different from those in the European ancestry sub-sample of COGA (z scores of the difference between betas = 0.13–0.88, P > .38; supplementary table 6), suggesting a similar pattern of results.
