In our cohort, hSNP2 for anorexia nervosa was 0.20 (SE=0.021), comparable to hSNP2 estimates for other psychiatric disorders (see Supplementary Figure S8). Partitioned heritability estimates for annotation categories and cell types were not significant after multiple testing correction (for complete results see Supplementary Table S4).
