Results of the LGCM estimating the unconditional mean intercept and linear slope of EEGc are provided in Supplementary Table 1. There was a significant positive mean intercept and slope across all three EEGc pairs, suggesting that on average, EEGc tends to increase across adolescence. Results of LGCM demonstrating main effect associations between childhood trauma and EEGc are provided in Table 2. In females, we found that CSAT was positively associated with intercept (ß= 0.10 to 0.13, p < 0.001 to 0.002) and negatively associated with slope (ß= −0.05 to −0.07, p < 0.001 to 0.005) of all three EEGc pairs. This suggests that exposure to CSAT was associated with higher initial values of frontal EEGc, but diminished growth in EEGc across development. CNAT was negatively associated with intercept of LFC (ß= −0.05, p = 0.001) and RFC (ß= −0.04, p = 0.015) EEGc, suggesting lower LFC and RFC initial EEGc values in females who endorsed CNAT. In females, CPAT was positively associated with intercept of PFI EEGc (ß= 0.07, p = 0.007), suggesting those CPAT was associated with higher baseline
