For the automatic segmentation volume data, simple t-tests were performed to identify candidate regions for further manual segmentation (p<0.05). Following manual correction, t-tests performed and corrected corrected for multiple comparisons using the Bonferroni method using the following formula: p<0.05/4 comparisons. Therefore a p<0.0125 was required to be considered statistically significant.
