Example regional association plots for the genes with the highest PPH4 in Braineac (RAB29) and GTEx (CD38 in putamen) are found in eFigure 2A and B in Supplement 1. Full details for all genes that showed strong evidence for colocalization in either Braineac or GTEx and were significant in the TWAS analysis are found in eTable 2 in Supplement 3 and eTable 3 in Supplement 4.
