Lysolecithin (LPC)-induced demyelination was carried out in the corpus callosum (CC) and of 8-week-old Pdgfra-CreER; Setdb1 Flox mice as described. Briefly, for CC injury, after exposing the skull, 2 μl of 1% (W/V) LPC (Sigma, Cat#L0906) in PBS was stereotactic injected into CC. The coordinates were: 1 mm backward to bregma, 1 mm lateral to bregma, and 2 mm deep relative to skull surface. Brain tissue carrying the lesions were harvested at different time points.
