Lastly, we performed additional simulations with moderate heritability () and pleiotropy (). The results shown in Figures S73–S76 in Text S1 demonstrate that, with moderate heritability and pleiotropy, GPA can still effectively improve the power by leveraging pleiotropy between related traits. Therefore, GPA can serve as a more powerful tool for integrative analysis in the post-GWAS era.
