Supplementary Table 1 shows the allele frequencies, in the EA and AA samples, for all 144 genotyped SNPs across the 13 CHRN genes. The last two columns of Supplementary table 1 show that almost all of the SNPs have significantly different allele frequencies between the EA and AA samples by Fisher’s exact test (120/144 (83%) at α = 0.001).
