The LinkFinder module of LinkedOmics5 (Vasaikar et al., 2018) was used to search and visualize genes associated with ZDHHC5 and INCENP mRNA expression in LUAD cases from the TCGA database (515 patients). The results were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation analysis. R represents the Pearson correlation coefficient. Genes with the result of | R | > 0.3 and FDR < 0.05 were considered statistically significant.
