Text

Genetics of Alcoholism (SSAGA) (Bucholz et al., 1994). The common methodology of interview administration, question format and queried domains enabled phenotypic standardization across the three studies (Bierut et al., 2010). Characteristics of the cases and controls in the SAGE dataset are listed in Table 1 and additional information is available at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs000092.v1.p1. The SAGE dataset is publicly searchable through the Genome Brower under the Analysis tab on this website.
