This dataset contains 1030 samples collected from four post-mortem brain regions of 300 subjects: anterior prefrontal cortex (APC; BA10); superior temporal gyrus (STG; BA22); parahippocampal gyrus (PHG; BA36); and inferior frontal gyrus (IFG; BA44). RNA-seq was generated using the TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation Kit v2 and Ribo-Zero rRNA removal kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) [39].
