We performed Gene Oncology (GO) functional enrichment with genes in each PPI network using STRING. FDR indicated P-values corrected for multiple testing within each category using the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure. FDR was log10 transformed to describe the significance of the enrichment and visualized in a bar-plots according to the BP, biological process; MF, molecular function; and CC, cellular component.
