We used TWAS FUSION20 to perform a transcriptome-wide association study of OCD. We used brain gene expression weights from the PsychENCODE (104) and LD information from the 1000 Genomes Project Phase 396. TWAS FUSION uses reference LD and reference gene expression panels with GWAS summary statistics to estimate the association between gene expression and OCD risk. These data were processed with the test statistics from the OCD GWAS to estimate the expression-GWAS association statistic. We corrected for multiple testing using Bonferroni correction.
