We estimated rater-specific rgs with the external phenotypes, except for father-reported AGG, and tested for each external phenotype whether these rgs could be constrained to be equal to zero. For 31 out of 46 external phenotypes, constraining the rgs to be equal to zero for all three raters resulted in significant reduction in model fit (Supplementary Table 21), indicating that, for these external phenotypes, at least one rater has an rg that is significantly different from zero.
