There are several new tracks of data from the Human Genome Diversity Project (HGDP) (32), which assayed 660 000 SNPs in individuals from 53 populations worldwide. The browser shows per-population allele frequencies plotted on a world map on the details page for each HGDP SNP. In addition, HGDP provided several per-continent population genetics measures: FST, heterozygosity, iHS and XP-EHH.
