In the AMY, a history of alcohol drinking was associated with a significant decrease in pERK1/2/MAPT1/2 [t(7) = 1.905, P = 0.049]. No other significant changes were observed; however, trends toward a reduction were observed subregions of the HPC and entorhinal cortex (Table 3).
