p-values were slightly less robust (Supplemental Table 1) with only one of three DSE variants remaining genome-wide significant (rs2252790). Three additional sub-threshold (5×10−7>p>5×10−8; Table 1) signals were also detected, including a signal on the long arm of Chromosome 3 (3q11.2; UROC1, FRMD4B; Supplemental Figure 2), an intergenic signal on the long arm of Chromosome 12 (12q14; Supplemental Figure 3), and an intergenic signal on the long arm of Chromosome 21 (21q21; Supplemental Figure 4).
