There were 9 items that differed in the age of onset between the 3 races as determined by overall ANOVA with age, school, and eonstat, used as covariates the analyses (data not shown), and post hoc analyses. AI had an earlier age of onset of stealing, fights, and no place to live than AA (items 10,12,20; p<0.001) and an earlier age of onset of being suspended or expelled, and running away from home than EA (items 7,11; p<0.001). AA had a later age of onset of: lying, stealing, damaging property, having no place to live, and an earlier age of school suspension/expulsion, than EA (items 7, 9, 10, 16, 20; all p<.001).
