In the frequency interval 0.01 to 0.05 Hz (scale 3), mean Eglobal values for the AD group and the control group for the networks derived by thresholding the correlation matrices such that the network has K′ ( = 40) edges are shown in Figure 3B. No significant differences in the mean Eglobal values were observed.
