To examine medication effects, we compared SE values between patients on or off antipsychotics for each of the 200 edges implicated in the subnetwork showing a diagnosis main effect. Only 26 edges (13%) showed significant effects at p < .05 uncorrected, and no differences survived multiple comparison correction. None of these edges were part of the subnetwork showing a significant diagnosis × cue interaction.
