In Cohort II, AD is associated with delayed reproduction in women after age 24, with 40% decreased probability of first childbirth. AD remains predictive of delayed childbearing in adjusted models, but without significant age interaction. In adjusted models, AD is associated with 28% decreased probability of first childbirth. For men in Cohort II, AD is associated with delayed reproduction after age 24, with 18% decreased probability of first childbirth. In adjusted models, AD is not significantly associated with delayed reproduction in men.
