Repeated measures ANOVA on body weights of the IC and ET dams over gestational days indicated no significant effect of treatment or interaction of gestational day with treatment (data not shown). Pup weights (± SEMs) are shown in Table 1. Repeated measures ANOVA on pup body weights with treatment and sex as between factors and day (PD 2, PD 10, and PD 21) as a repeated measure revealed a significant main effect of day (F(2, 116) = 1549.6, p<0.001) (see Table 1). There were no effects of treatment or sex. Analysis of body weight on PD 90 indicated a significant main effect of sex (F (1, 28) = 187.1, p<0.001) but not treatment (see Table 1).
