Knockout-first promoter driven line Snx27tm1a(KOMP)Wtsi heterozygous animals were purchased from UC Davis KOMP Repository and crossed to flp deleter line B6.SJL-Tg(ACTFLPe)9205Dym/J (JAX stock #005703) to remove selection cassette and create conditional allele (Snx27fl/fl). The founder line was created in C57BL6, eliminating the need for extensive backcrossing.
