The presentation of visual stimuli and response collection were programmed using E-Prime (Psychology Software Tools, Inc., Sharpsburg, PA). Visual and auditory stimuli were presented using MRI compatible goggles and headphones (Resonance Technologies, Van Nuys, CA).
