The body weight of WT and FoxO1 KODAT mice (male and female) was monitored weekly from the weaning time (5 weeks old). For HFD study, WT and FoxO1 KODAT littermate, were maintained on regular chow diet until they were 8 weeks old and then switched to HFD for an additional 6–12 weeks. The body composition of WT and FoxO1 KODAT mice was analysed by nuclear magnetic resonance (LF90 Minispec, Bruker Corp., TX, USA).
