The association between PRS and AUD increased from the bottom decile (1st decile) to the top decile (10th decile) (Fig. 1). Using the bottom decile as the reference group, all except the 2nd and 3rd deciles showed statistically significant association with the increased odds for AUD (ORs: 1.37–1.76.
