PGS were computed in the COGA-P European ancestry (EA) subsample (n = 1935) using PRS-CS (Ge, Chen, Ni, Feng, & Smoller, 2019), and in the African-American ancestry (AFR) subsample (n = 918) using PRS-CSx (Ruan et al., 2022; Supplemental Methods).
