This study is the continuation of previously published work on the developmental trajectories of the theta EROs (Chorlian et al., 2015) and on the developmental association trajectories of theta EROs and SNPs from KCNJ6 (Chorlian et al., 2017). The methods and results presented here will lead to future studies whose primary objectives will be: To determine the age variation in the genotypic factors influencing the developmental course of the phenotypes of interest. To identify and characterize the genetic systems contributing to that development by the analysis of temporal and phenotypic co-activation patterns. To characterize phenotypic systems by utilizing both phenotypic covariance and the covariance of genotypic profiles of phenotypes. To create appropriate measures for the quantification of genetic change in the developmental process.
