Carriers of the rs3778150-C allele exhibited significantly higher drinking levels, compared to rs3778150-T homozygous individuals (β = 0.18, t(260) = 3.14, p = 0.002, ΔR2 = 0.032). The association of rs1799971 with AlcQF was not significant (Table 4).
