receptor tyrosine kinases that allow cells to interact with the extracellular environment and transducer signals to the nucleus for proper cellular morphogenesis and function (Wadugu and Kuhn 2012; Sanchez-Soria and Camenisch 2010). These results suggest that adolescent binge-like drinking by P rats is significantly altering intracellular signaling pathways that could alter transcription in the Acb-sh. WGCNA supported the findings of the GO and KEGG analysis and indicated alterations in intracellular signaling pathways and synaptic transmission between the ethanol and water groups (Table 5).
